A Letter from the President:
When I began February 1, 2010, it was my primary vision to relieve some of the stress and anxiety I had seen so many office managers experience in their daily lives. Clinic managers quickly find themselves overwhelmed with the various tasks they own. Being able to streamline those processes means shorter turnaround on claims, improved cash flow, and happier internal employees. I’m very proud of the services we provide, and the lives we have been able to positively impact with our services. I’m even more excited about what we are able to offer as we continue to grow and develop better and better services for our clients.
Each new year is an opportunity for us to learn more about what our clients need and add services which benefit them. Since 2015 we have added practice management consulting, IT services, medical coding, and most recently, non-medical billing services. We learned that anyone in any type of service industry has the same needs as a medical clinic: you need to be able to see your client, diagnose their situation, and be paid for that work. We don't want you to spend so much time billing and supporting administrative processes that you can't see the next client. It is our ability to learn from our clients and grow in the directions they need which set us apart from other firms.
Our name, CPR is representative of the rescue we can provide your business. The circles in our logo denote the connection of the various entities in your revenue cycle working together.
